As a user or breeder, you must show respect to others, keep a good tone when/if you contact someone.
As a visible breeder with us, you must carry out responsible breeding and look out for the rat’s best interests.
The platform is aimed at domestic rats, therefore only rats and rat-related things may be published. If you wish to publish something else, for example an advertisement that is actually suitable for another animal, please contact us first and we will make an assessment.
At pet-rat.com it is possible to add both profile pictures and galleries as a breeder. The logo uploaded must belong to you/your breeding, the images uploaded in galleries must be relevant to the platform. For example, posting a picture of a car on your rat’s gallery is not allowed.
All material you publish on the platform belongs to you we at tamråtta.se do not share with us nor do we sell this 3rd party. If we would like to “borrow” an image to use on the platform, we will ask first. You always have the right to refuse.
All data is on tamråtta.se’s server. The server is located in Sweden and no data leaves Sweden’s borders.
Buying and selling on the platform is done at your own risk.
As a seller, you are responsible for the product description being correct and if an item is sold, you ensure that the buyer receives the item, if it is an item that must be shipped, it must be shipped promptly.
Before selling rats, you as a breeder should make sure as much as you can that the buyer is a suitable owner. An animal must not be sold to anyone under the age of 18, a rat should also never live alone and you should make sure that there are more rats in the household if someone only wants to buy 1.
You who want to buy a rat from a breeder must be at least 18 years old. A rat must not be alone and you must therefore have at least 2. You must have a cage large enough for the number of rats you own and the interior of the cage should be adapted for the rats to thrive.
If the rules listed above are violated, you may be excluded in case of serious or repeated violations. Should an exclusion take place, you will be informed of the reason and the violations that have been committed, and you will have the opportunity to respond to this. If we choose to implement the exclusion, your profile will be paused and will no longer be displayed externally. 1 year after the profile is paused, it will be deleted unless you ask us to delete it earlier. The reason for the deadline is so that you can take home and save all the material you want to save from the platform.
Offensive or illegal material will be deleted without warning.
